A Stroll in the city

It was yesterday, after I had finished my 5 hours shift I was decided to wander in the city as it's Friday night late shopping.  Aside from that, I was thinking to find the location of a certain shop I was planning to go with. It was further down the rundle mall street so I had a bit of a walk to reach the store. While walking, the mall street are occupied with sometalented entertainers, some magician, teenager singing, like he is using a floyd rose instruments, I saw these 2 cute and inspirational kids playing violin, an Asian guy who juggle a couple of crystal balls into the air and switching the balls into his arms and head without falling.  I was so impressed and was entertained at the same time.  It made my day and it's nice to be surrounded by many people who all are happy to see the tricks and enjoying to watch those different talents in the mall streets.
Indeed, it was a refreshing and a stressful day after a short stroll.

My mentor

Today, I did visit a good friend of mine, like an older sister that always guides me and become mentor how to live a good life here in Australia. Even though we're only 20 minutes drive away, we hardly see each other, but in our heart we are great friends indeed.  She is working and managing their own Pasta Shop family business for 7 days a week and was already living in Australia more than 20 years.  So she has more life experiences than me and so I follow most of her advice when I need them most.
So today is another lovely day to enjoy being with her, as it's my day off and no commitment to avoid a show up at her shop.  It was very busy so I give her a hand serving customers because she was by herself.  I also enjoy having a meal of beef cannelloni with garlic break and coffee.  We had our never ending chat and usual laughs and giggles to share.  The day was ended when the shop was about to close, I feel like I have 4 hours shift in the shop (lol). I had take away pasta for hubby his favourite beef lasagne and ravioli pasta.
Now, I'm just warming myself in bed while browsing moog minitaur online.

It's weekend, so it's movie night for us. Hubby and I like to watch  science and fiction movies especially those directed by Neill Blomkamp.  Some of the movies directed by him was District 9 and Elysium.
And tonight's movie was Chappie.  It's about a mechanized police force patrols the streets and deals with lawbreakers, but the people are fighting back. When one police droid is stolen and given new programming, he acquires the ability to feel and think for himself. While the robot, named Chappie, more puzzles out human behavior, the authorities begin to see him as a danger to mankind and order, they will stop at nothing to ensure that Chappie is the last of his kind.
It's a nice movie to watch with,  there's some lesson I've learned, that a child first learn from parents so whatever they teach it may either good or bad, the child acquire and follow it. Like what happen to Chappie that was not taught properly but in the end still he became a good one.  It's funny to think how robot can feel, think and act like human, the last bit I really like is when he saves the maker (Deon) using the Moose helmet connected to many cables ( 5 pin dmx cable) and saves his life by successfully transferring the consciousness to other robot body. And while Chappie was the target of police patrol Deon do the same to him by transferring his consciousness to the other body so he will not be identified as the danger to mankind if he use different body.

Have you watch it before? If not it's worth watching and it can melt your heart too.

The only baby of my MIL, he is always the topic of the story everytime we visit the house of MIL, though he is only a dog, Billy gave joy and happiness to them.  He fills the loneliness of the two oldies with his presence.  A dog that can act like human and has many senses to what as human feels and thinks.  He is very smart, obedient and intelligent, quick to learn a lot of things. He is just gorgeous and very sweet dog.  That's why Billy was the most precious love of my MIL, they give more importance to him, treat him like a baby.  Billy had his treat always, from food and toys, walking in the park and a short drive, they always makes sure Billy is in good health and in good condition especially when season change from summer to winter. If they think Billy is not well they will rush him to the vet to assure Billy's health is fine.  He has also vitamins and maintenance ready like the  posatex incase he has some infection in his ear or other body parts.
He is so lucky to be loved by my parents-in-law, very spoiled by them and so are they very lucky with Billy.
